After years of experience in dealing with Chinese suppliers,
we realized that one of the major problems in buying products from China
is the fact that, in general, the quality of the products is not constant.
Without a proper quality control procedure, you can incur in a number
of problems, even minor ones, but that could undermine your business.
Apart from real physical defects, the most common problems you can find
in procuring ceramics from China are: unsorted tiles with mixed shades
in the same box, or packing lists and shipping documents not matching
with the content of container, or even worse not matching with the quantities
you ordered….
Conscious of this problem, MAVERAND has set-up a team of surveyor in
China, who carry out a quality control on the containers to be shipped
in order to prevent any problem to our customers.

DELIVERY TIMES |
Another common problem in dealing with Chinese suppliers
is the "flexibility" in delivery times, often cause of delayed
deliveries.
Due to our relationship with our suppliers and pre-qualification of
the products to offer, we can minimize this risk, and in case of particular
stringent delivery schedules, we can monitor and follow the supplier
in order to avoid unnecessary delays. |

Packing Lists, - Certificate of origin, - GSP Form
A - Packing Declaration - Certificate of Fumigation… These are
some of the documents necessary for doing business with China. Our
